I'm planning to change moderation units of Kgb2d Community.
Here are my ideas about the point;

Member rank will be removed due to we're not a clan anymore. It's a brand new community.
Instead of Member rank, we will have "Moderation Team Member".

Besides this, if a forum member applies to be a "Moderation Team Member" and his/her applications get approved, will have "Trainee" rank. We will be testing him for a month or two and checking if he/she is good enough to join our moderation team. If he/she passes this test, will be "Moderation Team Member".

Moderator rank will be removed completely. 
Head Moderator rank will stay same.

If Head Moderator has 1 or 2 years of service then he/she can be an Administrator.

Shortly, the order will be like this: Trainee, Moderation Team Member, Administrator
